Rules of engagement for using the Dash file transfer system.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Dash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You agree not to use Dash for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you may not:

Upload maliceous software, viruses, or any harmful code.
Upload illegal content (including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, etc.).
Attempt to breach the security or integrity of the system.
Use automated scripts to abuse the service (e.g., spamming uploads).

We reserve the right to terminate access or remove content that violates these terms.

3. Liability & Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dash makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We are not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the use of our service.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
